The Extracurricular module is used to manage all additional activities outside of school hours. Through this module, Admins can manage the list of activities, meeting schedules, and monitor student participation through an integrated attendance system.

Workflow Summary

To run this module effectively, follow this workflow:

1. Define Activities: Register extracurricular names and appoint a Coach in the Manage Extracurricular menu.
2. Set Schedule: Determine meeting days and times in the Activity Schedule menu.
3. Member Approval: Process student registrations from the mobile app in the Member List menu.
4. Record Attendance: Record the attendance sheet every time a meeting is finished in the Input Attendance menu.
5. Monitoring: Evaluate student participation every end of the month in the Reports & Recaps menu.
