Leave Settings
The Leave Settings menu is used to set the number of leave days per month, determine holidays, and establish leave settings based on the academic year. This feature helps the school manage work schedules and holidays in a structured manner.
1. Add Leave Settings
To add a new leave setting, complete the Add Leave Settings form consisting of:
- Number of Leave Per Month (Jml Cuti Per Bulan): Enter the number of leave days provided each month.
- Holidays: Select the days designated as holidays (e.g., Saturday, Sunday).
- Academic Year: Select the academic year applicable to these leave settings.
Click the Save button to add the new leave setting.
2. Leave Settings List
This section displays all created leave settings, with columns:
- No: Data sequence number.
- Leave: Number of leave days per month.
- Holidays: Days designated as holidays.
- Academic Year: Applicable academic year.
- Action: Three-dot button to edit or delete settings.
3. Editing or Deleting Leave Settings
- Click the three-dot icon in the Action column of the setting row you want to modify or delete.
- Two options will appear:
- Edit: Opens the Edit Leave modal, where you can change the number of leave days, holidays, and academic year. After making changes, click Save.
- Delete: Permanently removes the leave setting data. Use this option carefully as deleted data cannot be recovered.
