The Alpha Point Rankings feature in eSchool is an important tool in monitoring and evaluating student attendance levels based on the number of alpha hours (absent without explanation) that have accumulated. This page automatically compiles rankings of students with the most alpha points, both for all levels and per grade level.

Feature Purpose

  • Provides a quick overview of students with the highest absence levels.
  • Helps the student affairs team and homeroom teachers in identifying students who need special attention.
  • Becomes the basis for further coaching or counseling follow-ups.

Level Filter

Three quick filter tabs based on level are available:

  • All Levels – Displays all students from existing classes.
  • Class – Filters data based on a specific level for more focus.

  • Click the ⬇️ Ranking button (top right) to download data recap in the form of an Excel or PDF file.
