The Teacher Dashboard is a visual information center that presents current statistical data regarding teaching staff at the school. This menu helps admins and school management understand teacher composition and status quickly and efficiently.
Main Purpose
Display teacher data summary in graph and number form to support strategic and operational decisions.
Dashboard Components
Total, Active, Inactive
- Total: Total number of teachers registered in the system.
- Active: Teachers currently still performing their duties.
- Inactive: Teachers who are no longer active, whether due to leave, retirement, transfer, or other reasons.
Active Teacher Status
Presented in donut chart form that visually compares the percentage of active and inactive teachers.
Example: 98.7% active teachers – indicates a high level of activity.
Gender
Statistics of teacher numbers based on gender, presented in pie chart:
- Male
- Female
This data is useful for viewing gender representation proportions in educational institutions.
Teacher Qualifications
Displayed in horizontal bar chart, including:
- PPPK (Government Employees with Work Agreements)
- PNS (Civil Servants)
- Provincial Level I Regional Honor
- School Honor Teachers
- B.Ed / S2 / Others
This visual helps understand the background and professionalism of teaching staff in aggregate.
Practical Benefits
- Quick Monitoring: Just open the dashboard, all core info is immediately visible.
- HR Decisions: Easy to plan recruitment, training, or teacher distribution.
- Proportion Evaluation: Check gender balance or qualifications for data-based policies.
Menu Access
- Login as Admin.
- Navigate to left sidebar > Teachers > Dashboard.
- Data will display automatically according to active semester and academic year.
