Create Schedule
1. Fill in Subject Data per Class
The first step is to ensure that all subjects have been entered according to the needs of each class.
- Access the "Subjects" menu on the left sidebar.
- Select the subjects to be taught in that class, both core subjects and elective subjects.
- Make sure all subjects are listed completely so they can be used during the schedule creation process.
Note: Filling in subject data is mandatory before the next steps can proceed smoothly.
2. Fill in Subject Teacher and Homeroom Teacher Data
After the subject data is filled in, proceed with filling in the teacher data who teaches each subject and the homeroom teachers.
- Access the "Class Teachers" menu on the sidebar.
- Determine the teaching teacher for each subject that has been entered previously.
- Also determine the homeroom teacher for each existing study group.
Attention: Make sure the teacher data is correct so that the system can display teacher information accurately in the lesson schedule.
3. Arrange Lesson Schedule (Drag and Drop)
After all subject and teacher data is completely filled in, the lesson schedule creation process can be done through the "Create Schedule" menu located in the "Class Schedule" menu.
- You can arrange the schedule by dragging and dropping subjects to the appropriate day and time columns.
- Arrange the schedule by paying attention to time allocation, break times, and lesson distribution to be balanced.
- Make sure there is no overlap between teachers and the subjects they teach.
